Iranian media reported on Tuesday, July 23, that Alireza Lotfi, deputy head of the Intelligence Organization of the Islamic Republic’s Security Command, was killed in an Israeli strike. According to the report, Lotfi was killed in the attack on Monday, July 23. An Israeli official had told the Jerusalem Post a few hours earlier that hundreds of members of the Revolutionary Guard Corps were killed in Israeli attacks on various parts of Tehran on Monday. On that day, Israel targeted numerous positions of the Revolutionary Guard Corps, the Basij, and the police in Tehran. Israel also announced that various parts of the Iranian regime’s military forces, including equipment belonging to the Internal Security Forces and the Revolutionary Guard Corps, were damaged in the attacks.

رسانه‌های ایران سه‌شنبه سوم تیر گزارش دادند علیرضا لطفی، جانشین سازمان اطلاعات فرماندهی انتظامی جمهوری اسلامی، در حمله اسرائیل کشته شده است.
بر اساس این گزارش، لطفی در حمله روز دوشنبه دوم تیر کشته شده است.
یک مقام اسرائیلی ساعاتی پیش به روزنامه جروزالم‌پست گفته بود صدها عضو سپاه پاسداران روز دوشنبه در حملات اسرائیل به نقاط مختلف تهران کشته شدند.
در این روز اسرائیل مواضع متعددی از سپاه پاسداران، بسیج و نیروی انتظامی را در تهران هدف قرار داد.
اسرائیل همچنین اعلام کرد بخش‌های مختلفی از نیروهای نظامی رژیم ایران، از جمله تجهیزات وابسته به نیروهای امنیت داخلی و سپاه پاسداران در این حملات آسیب دیده‌اند.
