Kuwait – The official spokesperson for the Ministry of Health, Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad, announced that the ministry's central operations room received reports early Monday morning of projectiles and shrapnel falling in a residential area in the north of the country as a result of the Iranian aggression.
In a press statement, Al-Sanad said that medical emergency teams and ambulance services immediately responded to the incident with the highest level of readiness. Ambulance crews treated two women at the scene, providing them with necessary medical care without requiring further transport. A third injured person was transferred to the emergency department at Al-Jahra Hospital for further evaluation and treatment.
He explained that the emergency departments also received several patients who arrived at Al-Jahra Hospital on their own, bringing the total number of cases treated, whether at the scene, via transport, or through self-referral, to six. The injuries ranged from superficial lacerations to the head and limbs and temporary hearing loss due to loud noises, to falls related to the explosion. Al-Sanad confirmed that all cases were stable, thanks be to God, and received the necessary medical care according to approved protocols without any serious complications. He noted that field teams conducted a comprehensive survey of the affected area immediately after treating the cases to ensure there were no additional unreported infections, as part of the ongoing field health response system.
He also emphasized the complete readiness of the health system to handle various emergencies through a 24/7 operational network, urging everyone to adhere to official guidelines and follow the instructions of the relevant authorities to ensure their safety.

الكويت - أعلن المتحدث الرسمي باسم وزارة الصحة الدكتور عبدالله السند أن غرفة العمليات المركزية في الوزارة تلقت فجر اليوم الاثنين بلاغات تفيد بسقوط بعض المقذوفات والشظايا في إحدى المناطق السكنية شمالي البلاد جراء العدوان الإيراني الآثم.
وقال السند في تصريح صحفي إن فرق الطوارئ الطبية وخدمات الإسعاف باشرت التعامل الفوري مع الحدث وفق أعلى درجات الجاهزية وتعاملت الفرق الإسعافية ميدانيا مع حالتين لامرأتين في موقع الحدث وقدمت لهما الرعاية الطبية اللازمة دون الحاجة إلى نقلهما فيما تم نقل حالة ثالثة لمصاب إلى قسم الطوارئ في مستشفى الجهراء لاستكمال التقييم والعلاج.
وأوضح أن أقسام الطوارئ استقبلت كذلك عددا من الحالات التي حضرت من تلقاء نفسها إلى مستشفى الجهراء ليرتفع إجمالي الحالات التي تم التعامل معها سواء في الموقع أو عبر النقل أو بالحضور الذاتي إلى ست حالات تنوعت إصاباتها بين جروح قطعية سطحية في الرأس والأطراف وتأثيرات سمعية مؤقتة نتيجة الأصوات العالية إضافة إلى حالات سقوط مرتبطة بالانفجار.
وأكد السند أن جميع الحالات كانت مستقرة ولله الحمد وقد تلقت الرعاية الطبية اللازمة وفق البروتوكولات المعتمدة دون تسجيل أي مضاعفات خطرة مشيرا إلى أن الفرق الميدانية قامت بمسح شامل للمنطقة المتأثرة فور انتهاء التعامل مع الحالات للتحقق من عدم وجود أي إصابات إضافية لم يتم الإبلاغ عنها وذلك ضمن استكمال منظومة الاستجابة الصحية الميدانية.
كما أكد على الجاهزية الكاملة للمنظومة الصحية للتعامل مع مختلف الحالات الطارئة من خلال منظومة تعمل على مدار الساعة داعيا الجميع إلى الالتزام بالإرشادات الرسمية واتباع تعليمات الجهات المختصة حفاظا على سلامتهم.
