To God we belong and to Him we shall return. My uncles, may God have mercy on you and accept you. In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful: "And never think of those who have been killed in the cause of God as dead. Rather, they are alive with their Lord, receiving provision." (Quran 3:169) With God's decree and will, we mourn the martyrs of our family, the Bardawil family: My aunt's husband, the martyr Saleh Muhammad Bardawil; the martyr Yusuf Muhammad Bardawil; my aunt, the martyr Widad Mustafa Bardawil; the martyr Hanan Bardawil; the martyr Riham Yusuf Bardawil; the martyr Hassan Saleh Bardawil; the martyr Basil Saleh Bardawil; the martyr Razan Saleh Bardawil; the martyr Bushra Saleh Bardawil; the martyr Shaimaa Amin Bardawil; and the martyred child Yazan Ahmad Bardawil, who were killed in an Israeli bombing of their home.

We consider them martyrs and pray for mercy and forgiveness for them, and we do not presume to judge anyone before God. We pray to God Almighty for the speedy recovery of the wounded and injured. May God have mercy on them and grant them spacious gardens in Paradise. To God we belong and to Him we shall return.

God is sufficient for us, and He is the best of guardians.

رحمة الله عليهم رحمة واسعة واسكنهم فسيح جناته
وانا لله وإنا إليه راجعون.
