I extend my deepest condolences to my dear uncle, Dr. Iyad Al-Hamarna (Abu Khalid), and his sons, on the martyrdom of his brother, Ziad Al-Hamarna (Abu Yazan). We consider him a martyr in the eyes of God, and we do not presume to judge anyone before God.

May God grant you patience and replace your loss with something better. We say only what pleases God: "To God we belong, and to Him we shall return." May God grant you patience, Uncle Iyad. My heart is with you, just as your heart has always been with everyone. May God help you. May God be with you, Aunt Umm Khalid. God is sufficient for us, and He is the best disposer of affairs.
