A martyr for a living (And give good tidings to the patient, who, when disaster strikes them, say, “Indeed we belong to God, and indeed to Him we will return”). To God belongs what He gives and to God belongs what He takes, and everything with Him has a specified term. We only say what pleases God. With hearts of faith and in God’s will and destiny, and with great sadness and sorrow, I offer my deepest condolences to my friend and cousin, Umm Muhammad Al-Jamal, for the martyrdom of her son Hamza Iyad Al-Jamal on the morning of Eid Al-Adha while he was going to the aid centers (ambushes of death and humiliation). To God we belong and to Him we shall return. May God have mercy on him, forgive him, and grant him a place in His spacious gardens, O Lord of the worlds. May He inspire you with patience and solace.
