O God, reward us for our affliction and replace it with something better. Indeed, we belong to God, and to Him we shall return. The home of my uncle, Dr. Abdul Latif Muhammad Al-Hajj, was bombed at dawn today in Nuseirat. It housed his family, the family of my aunt, Fadwa Muhammad Al-Hajj (Hussein), the family of my uncle Abdul Latif's wife, Aya Aliyan, and other displaced families. Our martyrs are: - Aunt Fadwa Al-Hajj - Her son, Muhammad Abdul Hakim Hussein, his wife, Dima Abdul Latif Hussein, and their infant son, Abdul Hakim Muhammad Hussein - Her daughter, Amani Abdul Hakim Hussein, her husband, Majd Abdul Latif Al-Hajj, and their infant daughter, Sarah Majd Al-Hajj - Her daughter, Malak Abdul Hakim Hussein - Her son, Ibrahim Abdul Hakim Hussein - Qassam (Omar) Abdul Latif Al-Hajj - And a large number of displaced people, including my aunt Aya's parents and siblings. I don't know their exact names or how many there are so far. God is sufficient for us, and He is the best disposer of affairs. God is sufficient for us, and He is the best disposer of affairs.
