The olive harvest season in the grove is my family's annual celebration of the renewal of life. For Palestinians, there is no life without olive oil... How beautiful and full of memories it holds. We used to gather for life, joy, and song. Did they know they were creating memories and that they would soon leave us? Now they are harvesting the olives of Paradise. Our olive trees, even if they remain in the grove and are not uprooted by the occupation army, have no one left to harvest them, for they have all gone to Heaven. #wewillneverforget

#wewillneverforget
