With immense pride and honor, and with hearts filled with patience and acceptance, Dr. Yousef Quraishi and the Quraishi family mourn the loss of the martyr, the hero of duty and humanity,

paramedic Yazan Nours Saeed,

who was martyred while performing his sacred humanitarian duty of rescuing and treating the wounded, following a treacherous Israeli raid in the town of Deir Qanoun al-Nahr, southern Lebanon.

He was a man of great dedication and generosity who never hesitated to serve his people and their just cause.

The hero departed on the field of honor, his blood on his hands. His hand was there to soothe the wounds of others, and he rose as a hero who did not hesitate, a medic who did not retreat, an example of high morals and a fearless humanitarian spirit.

I, the Quraishi family, the people of Al-Khasas village, the entire Palestinian people, and his loved ones bid farewell to a devoted hero. This blood will not be shed in vain; it will continue to illuminate the path and paint pictures of victory towards Jerusalem and all of Palestine, and achieve human justice. I extend my deepest condolences and sympathies to his honorable family, all his comrades, and his loved ones. Glory and eternity to our righteous martyrs, a speedy recovery to the wounded, and freedom for the prisoners.

كان ذو همة وعطاء الذي لم يتوان يوما عن خدمة أهل شعبه وقضيته العادلة
​رحل البطل وهو في ميدان الشرف، حاملاً دماءه على كفه ليبلسم جراح الآخرين، فارتقى بطلاً لم يتردد، ومسعفاً لم يتراجع، فكان مثالاً للأخلاق الرفيعة والروح الإنسانية التي لم تعرف الخوف.
