I was playing with my friends in the yard. There was Leila Sadeghi, Zahra Sadeghi, Fatemeh Mohammadi Kia, Fatemeh Zarei, Fatemeh Zahra Jafari—[some of the names aren’t clearly audible, I’m writing them approximately]. We were all playing. Then we thought an earthquake was happening.
Me and my friend Zeinab Pirzadeh went into the hall. Then a strong gust of wind came and threw us down from the stairs, near the entrance of the boys’ school.
After that, we couldn’t hear anything anymore… and suddenly, the roof collapsed on top of us.
My friend Zeinab had a cut on her nose and her arm was broken.
My cousin came with his father, and they called my dad and said:
“We found your daughter, Ana, at the hospital.”
