To review the ups and downs of the life of martyr Hamid Abedini, I speak with his wife and companion of 24 years, who, more than anyone else, has witnessed the sincerity and constant smiles of that tireless fighter.
Why did you become a half-hearted comrade?
Hamidah Muradourid, with tears in her eyes, her longing and her strength intertwined, recounted the moment she heard the news of her husband's martyrdom to ISNA: On the first day of the war in Mosalla, I learned that my husband had been martyred. The first thing that came to my mind after hearing the news was to say to him, "Why did you become a half-hearted comrade? Wasn't it our plan to go together?"
According to ISNA, martyr Hamid Abedini, born in 1977, was martyred on Feb 28, 1404, on the first day of the Third Imposed War around Marand.

حمید عابدینی، با همسر و همراه ۲۴ ساله‌اش هم‌کلام می‌شوم، کسی که بیش از هر فرد دیگری، شاهد اخلاص و لبخندهای همیشگی آن مجاهد خستگی‌ناپذیر بوده است.
چرا رفیق نیمه راه شدی؟
حمیده مرادورید در حالی که درخشش اشک در چشمانش، دلتنگی و صلابت او را به هم گره زده بود، لحظه شنیدن خبر شهادت همسرش را اینگونه برای ایسنا روایت می‌کند: روز اول جنگ در مصلی فهمیدم که همسرم به شهادت رسیده است. اولین چیزی که بعد از شنیدن خبر به ذهنم آمد این بود که به او گفتم «چرا رفیق نیمه‌راه شدی؟ مگر قرارمان این نبود که با هم برویم؟»
به گزارش ایسنا، شهید حمید عابدینی متولد ۱۳۵۶، ۹ اسفندماه ۱۴۰۴ در اولین روز جنگ تحمیلی سوم در اطراف مرند به فیض رفیع شهادت نائل آمده است.
