Qaisar was driving a Pride car on the way to the Dargahan pier and was a well-known figure in the neighborhood. Five hours of searching through the rubble
The search and debris removal operation began with the presence of rescue workers, public groups, and local officials and lasted about five hours. In the end, the bodies of all three deceased family members were pulled out from under the rubble and the rescue operation was over. Ahmad Bazmandegan Qeshmi, a photographer present at the scene, said: “The narrow alleys of the Chah Tengo neighborhood made it difficult for heavy machinery to enter, which slowed down the rescue and relief operations. Firefighters, the Red Crescent, the Basij, popular groups, and local officials were present at the scene, but it took about five hours to remove the bodies of the martyrs.”
Power outage
Following the attack, an electrical transformer in one of the areas of Qeshm Island was damaged, and some neighborhoods experienced power outages and instability. With the immediate presence of the operational forces of the Electricity Distribution Company and the implementation of safety, risk removal, and network repair operations, the power to the affected areas was reconnected in the shortest possible time. روحالله جعفری برادر قیصر، از نخستین افرادی بود که خود را به محل حادثه رساند. وی میگوید:«در خانهام در منطقه دیگری از قشم خواب بودم که با صدای انفجار از خواب پریدم. چند دقیقه بعد تماس گرفتند و گفتند خودت را سریع برسان، وقتی رسیدیم، دیگر چیزی از خانه باقی نمانده بود؛ فقط تلی از آوار. دو فرزند برادرم در اتاق دیگری خواب بودند و زنده بیرون آمدند، اما قیصر، همسرش و سینا در یک اتاق بودند.»وی با صدایی بغضآلود ادامه میدهد: «همراه اعضای خانواده، اهالی محل، نیروهای هلالاحمر، آتشنشانی و خدمات شهری آواربرداری را آغاز کردیم. نخست پیکر برادرم را پیدا کردیم، دستش بالا مانده بود، انگار تا آخرین لحظه میخواست از خانوادهاش محافظت کند، سپس پیکر همسرش و در نهایت سینای کوچک را از زیر آوار بیرون آوردیم، بدنهایشان سالم بود، اما زیر فشار آوار جان باخته بودند.»

یکی از همسایگان که شاهد لحظات نخست حادثه بود، میگوید:«ساعت سه و نیم بامداد بود که صدایی وحشتناک آمد، انگار زمین لرزید. با ترس از خانه بیرون دویدیم. خانه همسایه کاملاً فرو ریخته بود، تا حدود ۲۰۰ متر آنطرفتر، شیشه پنجرهها شکستهبود و همه مردم شوکه شده بودند.»به گفته اهالی، دکل مخابراتی در فاصله حدود ۲۰۰ متری محل حادثه قرار داشت و موج انفجار در بخش وسیعی از محله احساس شد.
پنج ساعت جستوجو در میان آوار
عملیات جستوجو و آواربرداری با حضورامدادگران ، گروههای مردمی و مسئولان محلی آغاز شد و حدود پنج ساعت ادامه داشت. در پایان، پیکر هر سه عضو جانباخته خانواده از زیر آوار خارج و عملیات امدادرسانی خاتمه یافت.احمد بازماندگان قشمی، عکاس حاضر در محل حادثه، میگوید: «کوچههای باریک محله چاهتنگو، ورود ماشینآلات سنگین را دشوار کرده بود و همین موضوع عملیات امداد و نجات را با کندی مواجه کرد. نیروهای آتشنشانی، هلالاحمر، بسیج، گروههای مردمی و مسئولان محلی در محل حضور داشتند، اما بیرون آوردن پیکر شهدا حدود پنج ساعت زمان برد.»
قطعی برق
پی این حمله، ترانس برق یکی از مناطق جزیره قشم آسیب دید و برق برخی محلات با قطعی و ناپایداری مواجه شد. با حضور فوری نیروهای عملیاتی شرکت توزیع نیروی برق و انجام عملیات ایمنسازی، رفع خطر و ترمیم شبکه، برق مناطق آسیبدیده در کوتاهترین زمان ممکن دوباره وصل شد. همچنین بنا بر اعلام مدیرکل مدیریت بحران استانداری هرمزگان، در زمینه تأمین آب و سایر زیرساختهای خدماتی نیز مشکلی وجود ندارد و خدماترسانی به روال عادی بازگشته است.
