RAMALLAH (Ma'an) – Israeli occupation forces continued their aggression against residential neighborhoods in the cities and camps of the Gaza Strip for the ninth consecutive day, inflicting further casualties among civilians, the majority of whom are children and women, and causing massive destruction to towers, homes, residential buildings, public and private property, and infrastructure. In a preliminary count, the Ministry of Health announced on Sunday that the number of martyrs in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank had risen to 2,384, and the number of wounded to approximately 10,250, since the beginning of the aggression on October 7. The ministry explained in a press statement that the number of martyrs in the Gaza Strip had risen to 2,329, the majority of whom are children and women, while the number of wounded reached 9,042. In the occupied West Bank, the number of martyrs rose to 55, after the announcement of the martyrdom of 16-year-old Muhammad Rifat Adwan in the Tulkarm Governorate, while the number of wounded rose to more than 1,200. Palestinian sources confirmed that an Israeli airstrike targeted the Al-Ahli Hospital in Gaza on Sunday, damaging one of the hospital's departments. Heavy casualties resulted from the bombing. Israeli artillery heavily shelled the eastern parts of Khan Younis and Rafah, causing widespread destruction to Palestinian homes. Wafa news agency reported that the body of Dr. Salah al-Din Zannoun and seven of his children and family members, who were killed when their home in Rafah was bombed, was laid to rest in a mass grave in the city. Wafa, citing hospitals in the Gaza Strip, stated that the number of Palestinians killed by Israeli forces in the past eight days of their brutal offensive has surpassed the number killed in the 51 days of the 2014 offensive. This confirms that the crimes committed against the Palestinian people amount to ethnic cleansing. Furthermore, 70% of the population in Gaza City and North Gaza are deprived of healthcare services for refugees after UNRWA evacuated its centers and ceased its services. Ambulance crews are facing immense difficulties in evacuating the wounded due to the extensive destruction of residential areas and roads leading to hospitals. Hospitals are struggling to cope with the massacres perpetrated by the Israeli occupation in the Gaza Strip.

رم - تواصل قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلية عدوانها على الأحياء السكنية في مدن ومخيمات قطاع غزة لليوم التاسع على التوالي، موقعة مزيداً من الضحايا في صفوف المدنيين غالبيتهم من الأطفال والنساء، وتدمير مهول في الأبراج والمنازل والبنايات السكنية والممتلكات العامة والخاصة والبنية التحتية.وفي حصيلة ليست نهائية، أعلنت وزارة الصحة، الأحد، ارتفاع عدد الشهداء في قطاع غزة والضفة الغربية إلى 2384، وارتفاع عدد الجرحى إلى قرابة 10250، منذ بداية العدوان في السابع من تشرين الأول الحالي.وأوضحت الوزارة في بيان صحفي، أن عدد ‎الشهداء في قطاع غزة ارتفع إلى 2329، غالبيتهم من الأطفال والنساء، بينما وصل عدد الجرحى إلى 9042.وفي‎ الضفة الغربية المحتلة، ارتفع عدد الشهداء إلى 55، بعد الإعلان عن استشهاد الطفل محمد رفعت عدوان (16 عاما) في محافظة طولكرم، بينما ارتفع عدد الجرحى إلى أكثر من 1200.وأكدت مصادر فلسطينية، أن غارة إسرائيلية استهدفت الأحد، المستشفى الأهلي في غزة، ما أدى إلى إصابة أحد أقسام المستشفى بأضرار جسيمة إثر القصف.واستشهد عشرات الفلسطينيين، غالبيتهم أطفال ونساء وأصيب آخرون في غارات عنيفة يواصل الطيران الحربي الإسرائيلي، شنها على مناطق متفرقة من قطاع غزة المحاصر، لليوم التاسع على التوالي من العدوان.وأفادت وكالة الأنباء الفلسطينية، باستشهاد 8 فلسطينيين على الأقل بينهم أطفال ونساء وإصابة آخرين في مجزرة ارتكبتها طائرات الاحتلال عقب قصفها بصاروخ منزلا لعائلة دردونة في جباليا شمالي قطاع غزة.كما شنت طائرات الاحتلال غارات عنيف على مناطق متفرقة شمالي قطاع غزة تركزت في شمال بلدة بيت لاهيا.ولفتت النظر، إلى أن طائرات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي الحربية قصفت منزلا في منطقة المشتل بمحيط أبراج الفيروز غرب مدينة غزة، ما أدى إلى وقوع شهداء وجرحى بينهم أطفال، وتوجهت مركبات الإسعاف إلى المكان لنقلهم إلى مستشفى الشفاء غرب المدينة.وقصفت مدفعية الاحتلال شققا سكنية في أبراج "تيكا التركية" في منطقة جحر الديك جنوب شرق مدينة غزة، ما أدى إلى استشهاد 3 فلسطينيين على الأقل وإصابة آخرين.واستهدفت ثلاث غارات من الطيران الحربي الإسرائيلي أرضا فارغة ومحيط منطقة المحطة وسط مدينة خان يونس، جنوبي القطاع.وأطلقت مدفعية الاحتلال قذائف بشكل مكثف شرق مدينتي خان يونس ورفح وألحقت دمارا بمنازل الفلسطينيين.وأشارت "وفا" إلى تشييع جثمان الطبيب صلاح الدين زنون وسبعة من أبنائه وأفراد عائلته الذين استشهدوا بعد قصف الاحتلال لمنزلهم في رفح اليوم بقبر جماعي في المدينة.وأوضحت نقلا عن مستشفيات القطاع أن ما قتلته قوات الاحتلال خلال ثمانية أيام مضت من عدوانها الوحشي تجاوز ما قتلته في 51 يوما خلال عدوان 2014، ما يؤكد أن ما ترتكبه من جرائم بحق الشعب الفلسطيني ترقى للتطهير العرقي، إضافة إلى أن 70% من سكان منطقتي غزة وشمال غزة يحرمون من الخدمات الصحية للاجئين بعد إخلاء أونروا لمراكزها وتوقف خدماتها.وتواجه طواقم الإسعاف صعوبة كبيرة في إخلاء الضحايا نتيجة التدمير الهائل الذي لحق بالأحياء السكنية والطرقات المؤدية للمستشفيات.وباتت المستشفيات تلفظ أنفاسها أمام المجازر، التي يرتكبها الاحتلال الإسرائيلي في قطاع غزة.
