Shargh Interview with the Brother of a 68-Year-Old Woman Who Died from the Explosion

It was Friday morning when the Israeli attacks on Iran began; just when people were on vacation. No one expected that the terrifying shadow of war would suddenly fall on the heads of Iranian citizens who were peacefully sleeping.
Now that a week has passed since the attacks began and citizens' ears have become accustomed to hearing the sounds of explosions and defense and hearing the words war and attack, perhaps no one will be shocked or surprised by hearing these sounds anymore, but in the early hours of the attack, the story was different. In those first minutes, everything was vague.
At the same time, dear and innocent lives were lost, just like “Farzaneh”. She was neither buried under the rubble nor hit by bullets or shrapnel. Farzaneh lost her life due to the terrifying sound of the first Israeli projectile.
In an interview with “Sharq”, Farzaneh’s brother, in a hoarse but measured and calm voice, explained: “The very first explosion that rang out in Tehran was enough to kill my dear sister. Farzaneh’s place in our eyes has been empty for a week and will never be filled.”
Farzaneh was 68 years old and had asthma. However, if that damned sound had not rang out in Tehran’s ears and she had not arrived at that moment, Farzaneh’s journey would not have happened so soon and unexpectedly, and her family would not have been devastated: “My sister’s house is in the city of Parand. The first terrible explosion that occurred unexpectedly targeted Imam Airport, somewhere near the Parand area. My sister had a history of asthma and suffered a severe asthma attack due to fear and anxiety caused by sudden noise and explosions.”
The brother continues: “No matter how many times my niece called the emergency room, it was no use, all the lines were busy at that moment. Finally, with the help of neighbors, they took my sister, who was unable to breathe, to the hospital. There they said she had passed away. We don’t know if her heart stopped at home or on the way or maybe in the hospital. We just learned that Farzaneh is no more and has passed away.”

بامداد جمعه بود که حملات اسرائیل علیه ایران شروع شد؛ درست زمانی‌که مردم در تعطیلات به سر می‌بردند. هیچ‌کس گمان نمی‌کرد ناگهان سایه هولناک جنگ بر سر شهروندان ایران که در خوابی آرام فرو رفته بودند، بیفتد.
حالا که یک هفته از آغاز حملات گذشته و گوش‌های شهروندان کمی به شنیدن صدای انفجار و پدافند و شنیدن کلمه جنگ و حمله عادت کرده شاید دیگر کسی از شنیدن این صداها جا نخورده و غافلگیر نشود اما در ساعات آغازین حمله داستان متفاوت بود. در آن دقایق اولیه همه چیز مبهم بود. 
همان زمان‌ جان‌های عزیز و بی‌گناهی از دست رفتند درست مانند «فرزانه». او نه زیر آوار ماند و نه مورد اصابت گلوله و ترکش قرار گرفت. فرزانه در اثر صدای هولناک اصابت اولین پرتابه اسرائیلی جان خود را از دست داد.  
برادر فرزانه با صدایی گرفته اما شمرده و آرام در گفتگو با «شرق»  تعریف می‌کند: «همان اولین صدای انفجار که در تهران پیچیید کافی بود که خواهر عزیزم از دست برود. یک هفته‌ است که جای فرزانه در چشمان ما خالی است و هرگز پر نمی‌شود».
فرزانه 68 ساله بود و دارای بیماری آسم. با این حال اگر آن صدای لعنتی در گوش تهران نمی‌پیچید و آن لحظه از راه نمی‌رسید، سفر فرزانه چنین زود و غیرمنتظره اتفاق نمی‌افتاد و خانواده‌اش داغدار نمی‌شدند: «منزل خواهرم در شهر پرند است. اولین انفجار مهیبی که ناغافل رخ داد، فرودگاه امام را هدف گرفته بود جایی در نزدیکی منطقه پرند. خواهرم سابقه بیماری آسم داشت و به دلیل ترس و اضطراب ناشی از صدا و انفجار ناگهانی دچار حمله شدید آسم شد».
برادر ادامه می‌دهد: «خواهرزاده‌ام هر قدر با اورژانس تماس گرفت فایده نداشت، تمام خطوط آن لحظه اشغال بودند. سرآخر هم با کمک همسایه‌ها خواهرم را که توان نفس کشیدن نداشت به بیمارستان رساندند. آنجا گفتند از دنیا رفته است. نمی‌دانیم در منزل قلبش ایستاد یا در مسیر یا شاید هم در بیمارستان فقط فهمیدیم که فرزانه دیگر نیست و پرکشیده است»
