وكان من أسباب الاعتقال أيضاً، زيارة المعتقل "بسام علي الأحمد" لبيت عمته في بلدة سلوك شمالي الرقة، وهو ما اعتبرته "قسد" تحركاً مريباً، من دون وجود أي دلائل قانونية، وفق ما أفاد به أقرباء المعتقلين.
