Raqqa Governorate: Special Operations Forces (SDF) teams, with direct support from the International Coalition, carried out a security operation in the city of Tabqa, west of Raqqa, resulting in the arrest of a prominent member of ISIS cells.

According to SOHR sources, the operation was carried out after close monitoring and surveillance of the wanted leader's movements. The targeted location was raided within a residential neighborhood in the city, with no clashes or civilian casualties recorded.

ووفقًا لمصادر المرصد السوري، فقد جرت العملية بعد رصد ومتابعة دقيقة لتحركات المتزعم المطلوب، حيث تمت مداهمة الموقع المستهدف ضمن حي سكني في المدينة، دون تسجيل أي اشتباكات أو خسائر بشرية في صفوف المدنيين.
