Raqqa Governorate: The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), with support from the international coalition, carried out two separate security operations against ISIS cells in Raqqa. In the city's al-Mashlab neighborhood, the SDF arrested four individuals on charges of belonging to the organization the day before yesterday, as part of a security campaign targeting sites suspected of being used by sleeper cells.
