Today, an International Coalition drone launched an airstrike on the Harem-Barisha road in the northern Idlib countryside, targeting a car with at least two missiles. There are reports of human casualties and the targeting of a jihadist figure.
On Sunday, September 28, Hashem Mahyou al-Qudour, known as "Hashem al-Raslan," who previously worked with a faction that pledged allegiance to ISIS, was killed when his home was targeted in an airstrike in the al-Tamanah area in the southern Idlib countryside.
Sources indicated that the targeting was carried out by a drone likely belonging to the International Coalition.

ويوم الأحد 28 أيلول، قُتل هاشم محيو القدور المعروف بـ”هاشم الرسلان”، والذي سبق وعمل مع فصيل بايع تنظيم “الدولة الإسلامية”، جراء استهداف منزله بغارة جوية في منطقة التمانعة بريف إدلب الجنوبي.
وأوضحت المصادر أن الاستهداف تم بواسطة طائرة مسيّرة يُرجح أنها تابعة للتحالف الدولي.
