Gaza, November 1, 2023 (WAFA) – Several Palestinians were killed and others wounded in Israeli airstrikes targeting various areas in Gaza early Wednesday morning, as the comprehensive offensive on the Strip continued for the 26th consecutive day.

Our correspondent reported that six bodies were recovered and several others wounded when Israeli warplanes targeted the home of the Krizem family, opposite the al-Fakhoura Clinic, west of Jabalia town, in the northern Gaza Strip.

He added that several Palestinians were killed in the bombing of the al-Amriti family home, west of the al-Da’wa Mosque in the Nuseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip.

Our correspondent also reported that eight bodies and several wounded arrived at the Indonesian Hospital after the home of the Abu Aish family in Block 2 of the Jabalia refugee camp was targeted.

Local sources reported that at least five Palestinians were killed and more than 40 others, including children and women, were wounded when Israeli forces bombed two homes belonging to the Abu Nasr and Abu Awda families in Khan Younis, in the southern Gaza Strip.

Sources indicated that Israeli warplanes fired several missiles at the Tel al-Hawa neighborhood near al-Quds Hospital in western Gaza, while Israeli helicopters opened fire with machine guns on civilian homes and continued dropping flares over the city.

Meanwhile, hospitals in Gaza issued a final appeal for help, as they are threatened with closure within hours due to fuel shortages needed to operate their generators.

They confirmed that the main generators at both al-Shifa Medical Complex and the Indonesian Hospital are about to shut down, threatening the lives of hundreds of wounded and sick patients, including 42 infants on life support in incubators, 62 wounded and sick patients on ventilators, and 650 kidney failure patients, in addition to hundreds in need of emergency surgery.

The ongoing Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip since October 7th has resulted in the deaths of approximately 8,500 Palestinians and injuries to more than 21,000, according to preliminary figures.

غزة 1-11-2023 وفا- استشهد عدد من المواطنين وأصيب آخرون، فجر اليوم الأربعاء، في غارات إسرائيلية استهدفت عدة مناطق في غزة، مع تواصل العدوان الشامل على القطاع لليوم السادس والعشرين على التوالي.

وأفاد مراسلنا بانتشال ستة شهداء وعدة إصابات، جراء استهداف طيران الاحتلال الحربي منزل عائلة كريزم مقابل عيادة الفاخورة، غرب بلدة جباليا، شمال القطاع.

وأضاف أن عدة شهداء ارتقوا في قصف لمنزل عائلة العمريطي, غرب مسجد الدعوة في مخيم النصيرات وسط القطاع.

كما أفاد مراسلنا بوصول 8 شهداء وعدد من الإصابات إلى المستشفى الأندونيسي، بعد استهداف منزل لعائلة أبو العيش في (بلوك 2) بمخيم جباليا.

وأعلنت مصادر محلية استشهاد 5 مواطنين على الأقل، وإصابة أكثر من 40 آخرين، بينهم أطفال ونساء، في قصف قوات الاحتلال لمنزلين لعائلتي أبو نصر وأبو عودة، في خان يونس، جنوب القطاع.

وأشارت المصادر إلى أن طائرات الاحتلال قصفت بعدة صواريخ حي تل الهوى بالقرب من مستشفى القدس غرب غزة، فيما فتحت طائرات الاحتلال المروحية نيران أسلحتها الرشاشة تجاه منازل المواطنين، وتواصل إلقاء القنابل المضيئة في سماء المدينة.

من جانب آخر، أطلقت المستشفيات في غزة نداء استغاثة أخير، بعد أن باتت مهددة بالتوقف خلال ساعات، نتيجة نفاد الوقود اللازم لتشغيل مولدات الكهرباء.

وأكدت أن ساعات محدودة تفصل عن توقف المولد الكهربائي الرئيسي في كل من مجمع الشفاء الطبي ومستشفى الأندونيسي، ما يهدد حياة المئات من الجرحى والمرضى، ومن بينهم 42 طفلا تحت أجهزة دعم الحياة في حضانات الأطفال، و62 جريحا ومريضا تحت أجهزة التنفس الصناعي، و650 مريضا بالفشل الكلوي، عدا عن المئات ممن هم بحاجة لعمليات جراحية طارئة.

وأسفر عدوان الاحتلال المتواصل على قطاع غزة منذ السابع من تشرين الأول/أكتوبر الماضي، عن ارتقاء نحو 8500 شهيد وإصابة أكثر من 21 ألفا، في حصيلة غير نهائية.
