A direct missile strike in Bat Yam has resulted in a mass casualty event. Wolfson Medical Center has issued an emergency directive, declaring it is operating in “emergency mode” and is unable to receive walk-in patients except in life-threatening cases, due to overwhelming congestion. At least 60 injured individuals have been evacuated to Wolfson, while 25 others, including an infant, have been taken to Ichilov Hospital.

The attack caused a structural collapse, with three confirmed fatalities, including a child. According to the IDF Home Front Command, an estimated 35 individuals remain unaccounted for under the debris. Emergency responders are conducting search-and-rescue operations at the site.

Authorities are urging the public to avoid hospital visits unless necessary, as emergency infrastructure is under strain.
