#DeirEzzor | Mahmoud al-Hajji al-Fanakh arrested during a joint operation between the #SDF and the International Coalition in al-Shuhail

Following up on a previous report, the #SDF militias arrested Mahmoud al-Hajji al-Fanakh at dawn today during a raid near the carpet factory in the town of #al-Shuhail, east of #DeirEzzor, with direct support from International Coalition aircraft (helicopters and drones).

The operation lasted approximately two hours and involved a heavy security presence and a complete cordon around the site before it was stormed, indicating that the target was on the Coalition's security watch list.

واستمرت العملية قرابة ساعتين، وشهدت انتشاراً أمنياً مكثفاً وتطويقاً كاملاً للموقع قبل اقتحامه، ما يشير إلى أن الهدف كان على قائمة المتابعة الأمنية لدى التحالف.
