Oh God, if only each one of us felt this supplication directed specifically at him...
Those who wrote it, those who participated in sit-ins or demonstrations, and even those who collected donations...
And even the ruler who excels at raising emotional slogans that lead to no action or progress...
Listen to the martyred Dr. Asmaa Al-Ashqar (as she is known). She was a doctor at Al-Quds Hospital in Gaza, on duty, and she sent this message days before her martyrdom when she was asked: How are you?

Listen to it with your hearts... with the heart of a true Muslim, not with the heart of an idol worshipper...

يا الله لو هذا الدعاء يستشعر كل واحد فينا أنه مُوجّه له هو تحديدا ..
الذي كتب والذي خرج في اعتصام او مظاهرة أو حتى الذين جمعوا تبرعات..
وحتى الحاكم الذي يُجيد رفع الشعارات العاطفية التي لا حراك بعدها ولا فعل..
اسمعوا الدكتورة الشهيدة أسماء الأشقر ( كما هو مُتداول) هي طبيبة في مستشفى القدس في غزة وهي على رأس عملها وأرسلت رسالتها تلك قبل استشهادها بأيام حين سُئِلت:كيف حالكم؟

اسمعوها بقلوبكم .. بقلب المُسلم الحقيقي لا بقلب عابدي الأصنام ..
