A Palestinian man was killed Monday evening by Israeli fire in the city of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip, despite a ceasefire agreement having gone into effect.

Palestinian media reported that Khaled Barabakh was killed by Israeli fire while inspecting his home in the Al-Sikka area of Khan Younis.

قُتل فلسطيني، مساء الاثنين، بنيران القوات الإسرائيلية وسط مدينة #خان_يونس جنوبي قطاع #غزة، رغم دخول اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار حيز التنفيذ.

وذكرت وسائل إعلام فلسطينية، أن خالد بربخ قتل بنيران القوات الإسرائيلية، أثناء تفقده لمنزله في منطقة السكة وسط مدينة خان يونس جنوبي القطاع.
