The official spokesperson for the Ministry of Defense, Colonel Saud Abdulaziz Al-Atwan, stated that a number of hostile drones targeted Terminal 1 (T1) at Kuwait International Airport today as a result of the Iranian aggression. صرّح المتحدث الرسمي لوزارة الدفاع، العقيد الركن سعود عبدالعزيز العطوان، بأن عدداً من الطائرات المسيّرة المعادية استهدفت اليوم مبنى الركاب (T1) بمطار الكويت الدولي نتيجة العدوان الإيراني الآثم، ما أسفر عن أضرار مادية جسيمة في المبنى وإصابة عدد من الأشخاص، حيث تلقوا الرعاية الطبية اللازمة.
وأكد أن القوات المسلحة تتابع الموقف بالتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية، وهي في حالة جاهزية تامة للتعامل مع أي مستجدات، واتخاذ كافة الإجراءات اللازمة للحفاظ على أمن البلاد واستقرارها.
