Anti-tank missile incident in one of the settlements in the Ashkelon Coast Regional Council: Deputy Head of the Ashkelon Coast Regional Council, Gil Timor, was slightly injured by shrapnel in the shoulder while extracting the dead and wounded from the jeep. Timor, along with Head of the Ashkelon Coast Regional Council Itamar Ravivo and the council's Chief of Staff Amnon Ziv, who were on a routine patrol, rescued the wounded under mortar attack.
