Aircraft believed to be from the international coalition targeted a person in the city of #Al-Dana, north of #Idlib. The person killed in the raid was named Abu Imran Al-Shami, a Damascene merchant living in #Idlib. He is the brother of Samer Berqdar, director of the #Damascus Endowments Department. (Syria TV)
