Appeals to the International Coalition and human rights organizations to intervene immediately to reveal the fate of:

Ibrahim al-Saleh, Ibrahim al-Abd, Osama Ahmed al-Abdullah, and Saher Ahmed al-Abdullah, all unarmed civilians arrested in the town of #Hawaij_al-Bumsa’a, west of Deir Ezzor, without any reason or charges.

Residents of the town stated that the SDF militia is arresting civilians on terrorism charges, specifically the charge of belonging to ISIS, in an attempt, according to the residents, to prolong the support provided to them by the International Coalition by portraying the arrests as security achievements.

They call on international bodies to assume their humanitarian and legal responsibilities by:

Pressure to reveal their places of detention
Guaranteeing their safety
Releasing them immediately if no charges are proven against them
The families of the detainees confirm that they are entirely civilians and have no connection to any armed activity, and they present this appeal to the world in the hope of saving their sons.

مناشدات للتحالف الدولي ومنظمات حقوق الإنسان بالتدخل الفوري للكشف عن مصير كلّ من:
إبراهيم الصالح، إبراهيم العبد، أسامة أحمد العبدالله، ساهر أحمد العبدالله، وهم جميعاً من المدنيين العزّل الذين تم اعتقالهم في بلدة #حوايج_البومصعة غرب ديرالزور، دون أي سبب او تهمة

الأهالي في البلدة قالو أن ميليشيا قسد تعتقل المدنيين بتهم الإرهاب وتحديداً تهمة الانتماء لتنظيم داعش، في محاولة وفق ما يصفه الأهالي لإطالة أمد الدعم المقدم لها من التحالف الدولي عبر تصوير الاعتقالات على أنها إنجازات أمنية.

ويطاللون الجهات الدولية بتحمّل مسؤولياتها الإنسانية والقانونية عبر:
الضغط للكشف عن أماكن احتجازهم
ضمان سلامتهم
الإفراج عنهم فوراً إن لم تثبت بحقهم أي تهمة
أهالي المعتقلين يؤكدون أنهم مدنيون بالكامل ولا علاقة لهم بأي نشاط مسلح، ويضعون هذه المناشدة أمام العالم أملاً بإنقاذ أبنائهم.
