All the casualties were reported as workers at the grain silos, and the man who was killed was identified as Hussein Daas.
An article by Hawar News included photos of the wounded civilians in the hospital, along with the names of the injured individuals. All the injured were adult men. According to the city’s hospital records, the seven injured workers are: Abdul Raouf Mahmoud Al-Muhammad from Raqqa canton, Ibrahim Mahmoud Al-Muhammad, Jihad Jumaa Al-Muhammad, Ahmed Mahmoud Al-Muhammad, Abdullah Al-Ali Muhammad, Alawi Al-Hussein Al-Arou, and Muhammad Suleiman Skafi. An article by ANF News also corroborated the record of the same seven civilians.
A NPA news article and a Facebook post by Rojnews disputed the number of casualties by reporting eight civilian injuries. However, they didn’t document the names of the injured. According to NPA News, one of the workers was missing. Both reports also detailed that the casualties were a result of heavy artillery and drone strikes.
Where sources identified the belligerent, all the sources agreed that the responsibility for the strike was with the Turkish military.
