The Twitter/X account @Sa7atPl was the first to report the incident at 11:28 a.m. Numerous sources, including Al Mayadeen, @Almasirahbrk, @Khabrnews1, @Sa7atPl, @shaabradio, @iraninLocation name local_ir, Fidaa Deeb Qedan Post, Mohammed Al Janoubi Post, Jamal Jaffan Post, and Tripoli Post, reported “information about injuries” or “wounded” as a result of the strike, which was reported to have hit a medical clinic or medical center affiliated with the municipality. Echo of Dahieh Page Telegram specifically noted, “Continuous enemy artillery shelling targets the town of Shebaa and its surroundings, causing injuries, by targeting a medical center affiliated with the municipality.”

While the exact number of injured is not specified beyond “injuries,” the consistent reporting from a wide array of sources indicates at least two injuries. No fatalities were reported in the provided research.
