According to the Facebook page of the Lebanese Civil Defense, on 21 October 2024 three volunteers sustained “minor injuries” as a result of an Israeli double-tap airstrike on the town of Chihine, Tyre district, in South Lebanon Governorate.
The three volunteers were trying to pull out an injured person from the rubble caused by an earlier alleged Israeli strike.
As no other source was found relating to the incident, this has been graded as a “single source claim” with a “weak” civilian harm grading.

Reports of the incident mention the town of Chihine (شيحين), for which the generic coordinates are: 33.126805, 35.256808. Due to limited satellite imagery and information available to Airwars, we were unable to verify the location further.
