According to the Facebook page of the Lebanese Civil Defense, on 21 October 2024 three volunteers sustained “minor injuries” as a result of an Israeli double-tap airstrike on the town of Chihine, Tyre district, in South Lebanon Governorate.

The three volunteers were trying to pull out an injured person from the rubble caused by an earlier alleged Israeli strike.

As no other source was found relating to the incident, this has been graded as a “single source claim” with a “weak” civilian harm grading.
