Four non-combatants were reported killed – and several injured – following alleged Russian or Assad regime “violent raids” that struck civilian homes in Dayr al Asafeer, according to reports.
The White Helmets said the attack caused a huge fire which they extinguished but did not mention who the planes belonged to – referring only to “warplanes” which fired “four very heavy missiles”. Al Jazeera and Syria 2011 blamed Assad for the strikes. And Radio Al Kul said aircraft from both belligerents had battered the town.

Reports of the incident mention the Dayr Al Asafir (دير العصافير), for which the generic coordinates are: 33.466667, 36.419722. Due to limited satellite imagery and information available to Airwars, we were unable to verify the location further.
