Airwars assessment

Three children died and seven more civilians were wounded in airstrikes on Jisr al Shoughour, according to local media – though sources were conflicted as to whether Russia or the Syrian regime were to blame.

Reports said ‘the national hospital in Jisr al Shoughour’ or ‘a field hospital’ was struck, along with the Sakan Al-Shababi residential buildings and the city center in Jisr Al Shoughour.

Syrian Network for Human Rights claims that the national hospital became inoperable after the raid due to the extensive damage and staff injuries.

Three children were killed in the raid and 7 or more civilians were injured, including members of staff at the hospital.

Baladi and Qasioun were among sources which blamed the Regime, though Umatoday and the Shaam News Network attributed the event to Russia.

The local time of the incident is unknown.
