Multiple local sources reported that Iraqi forces found a child alone in a house in Zanjili neighbourhood, who had survived the shelling while his entire family was found dead inside. @nbras_almamory said “US planes” were responsible for the strike. Other sources, however, did not say who carried out the raids.
The local time of the incident is unknown.

Attached to this civilian harm incident is a provisional reconciliation of the Pentagon's declassified assessment of this civilian harm allegation, based on matching date and locational information.
The declassified documents were obtained by Azmat Khan and the New York Times through Freedom of Information requests and lawsuits filed since March 2017, and are included alongside the corresponding press release published by the Pentagon. Airwars is currently analysing the contents of each file, and will update our own assessments accordingly.

For June 10th-11th: “Near Mosul, three strikes engaged two ISIS tactical units; destroyed five fighting positions, two mortar systems, two VBIEDs, a supply cache, and an explosives cache; and suppressed a mortar team.”
