One civilian, a named adult male, was reportedly killed in airstrikes which hit the river crossing in Al-Baqan. Sources either blamed Russia for the strikes or did not attribute blame to a belligerent.
The shelling did not injury any civilians, according to local media.
Smart News Agency reported that the strikes were “likely to be Russian”.
There are no other details at this time.
