One woman and one child died and two more children were wounded in an alleged Russian airstrike on al Shuhail, according to local media.

According to the Smart News Agency, “a woman and her child were killed and two other children were wounded by air strikes by warplanes believed to be  Russian on a town east of Deir al-Zour”.

Free Deir Ezzor radio reported: “The warplanes targeted the town of Al-Shuhail yesterday [Sept 28th], and the shelling focused on the house of ‘Hammoud Masifar’, resulting in the martyrdom of his wife and the wounding of two children. Another raid targeted agricultural land without causing casualties among civilians.”
