(Previous Incident Codes: R2800RS2996)

Local sources reported one civilian was killed and several were left wounded as alleged Russian airstrikes hit a grain production in Saraqeb, Idlib.

Footage from the aftermath of the incident showed how the area, containing a farm for grain production, was struck and largely left destroyed.

Among the sources that reported the death toll, all reported one fatality. It should, however, be noted that al-Jazeera reported that alleged Russian airstrikes killed a total of seven civilians in both Saraqeb and the village of Meshmshan in the countryside of Idlib, but did not specify how many in each town.

Finally, all the sources that identified the belligerent pointed to the Russian military.
