One civilian was reported killed and others injured in airstrikes on Bdama, Idlib, on August 14th.

Syrian Observatory for Human Rights stated that “a citizen was killed as a result of rocket shelling that targeted Bdama town in Jisr Al-Shughur countryside west of Idlib.”

Bdama Voice named the civilian killed as Ahmad Mohammed Abdo. Bdama voice said that Ahmad himself had lost two brothers and a son.

Mohammed Hussam who sounds as a neighbor of the victim posted on Facebook mourning him. “Ahmed Abdo Abu Muhammad, a good neighbor, friend, a good-hearted man with a smile that does not miss his face despite the pain and wounds he experienced by losing two brothers and his son Muhammad at the hands of the Assadist gangs, and a lover of his revolution and loyal to it, martyred yesterday as a result of the missile strikes that targeted the town of Bdama.”

Three other sources cited this fatality, and Edlib Media Center also cited “several wounded” in the attack.

Three sources did not positively attribute blame, while one source referred to Russian forces, and another to the Syrian regime, in reporting the incident.
