Local media reported that four civilians were killed and six others injured in an alleged Russian or Syrian regime airstrike on Ma’arshamsha, Syria on August 29, 2019.
According to the Shaam News Network, “a civilian vehicle for IDPs in the village of Maarshamsheh” was struck, killing three people – two women and a child.
Step put the death toll at four, including a woman and her child.
Idlib Plus reported: “Four martyrs, including a child and two women, and injury of six others, including a child and a woman, as a result of the regime warplanes shelling Ma’arshamsha village east of Ma’arat al-Nu`man.”
Syrian Human Rights Committee identified the four victims killed as Hanaa Mohammad Ali Al-Jabban, the child Abdul Muhaimin Al-Mustafa, Sa’ed Mohammad Deeb and Maha Walid al-Hajim.
