Abad Zekra, director of the Civil Defence Force in Ma’arat Al Nouman, told Smart News Agency that alleged Russian air raids wounded a civilian, who was taken to a nearby medical point. Idlib Plus also reported alleged Russian air and artillery strikes on the village.

All of the sources that reported on the bombing of Ma’ar Tamater attributed the strikes to Russia.
