One civilian was reported killed and others injured in alleged Russian forces or Syrian regime airstrikes or artillery shelling on Morek in Hama on July 28th, 2019.

The victim was named as Ibrahim Mustafa Al-Khaed, aged 19, originally from Al-Latamneh according to the Syrian Network for Human Rights.

The Network also claimed that the Syrian regime is responsible for the attack which was undertaken with machine guns launched from a fixed-wing aircraft.
