The victim was named as Murad Abdul Kafi Al Hariri, originally from Talmens town.

While Ma’az Al Hamed posted that the victim was killed on the outskirts of Talmens as a result of Russian airstrikes, the Syrian Network for Human Rights said that “he was killed by several missiles fired by fixed-wing warplanes of the Syrian regime forces on the outskirts of Ma’arshurin village in the eastern suburbs of Idlib governorate.”
