At least one civilian was injured in alleged Russian or regime strikes on the village of Al-Barsa on December 3, 2019.

The correspondent for @HalabTodayT reported that a civilian was injured in the village of Al-Barsa in southeastern Idlib.

A tweet from @MasarPressNet identified “injuries” as resulting from strikes but did not specify how many.

@Ahmad_1alshble put the number of air raids at two and a Facebook post by Wasim Alkhalaf reported that a strike on Al-Barsa occurred at 9:19am and a second one occurred at 9:25am and the second one resulted in the injury of Abdul Basit Ahmed Al-Faris from Samaka village and resulted in damage to the mosque of faith in the village.

Sources were conflicted as to whether Russia or the regime were responsible, with @la1mea attributing the strikes to the regime and identifying missiles and barrel bombs as being used while a tweet from @altikriti1960 blamed Russian forces.
