On April 10th 2022, one civilian was killed by a reported Russian artillery strike on Pavlova Street in Kharkiv.
Kharkiv Human Rights Protection Group reported that a “three-story residential building in the area of the French Boulevard shopping center was damaged, and one person was killed.” It also reported that the Kharkiv Regional Center for Social and Psychcological Rehabilitation of Children was also damaged.

Due to limited satellite imagery and information available to Airwars, we were unable to verify the location further.
