On April 10th 2022, one civilian was killed by a reported Russian artillery strike on Pavlova Street in Kharkiv.
Kharkiv Human Rights Protection Group reported that a “three-story residential building in the area of the French Boulevard shopping center was damaged, and one person was killed.” It also reported that the Kharkiv Regional Center for Social and Psychcological Rehabilitation of Children was also damaged.
This assessment has reference to ACLED code UKR55518.
The local time of the incident is unknown.

Reports of the incident mention strikes in the vicinity of the French Boulevard (французский бульвар) shopping centre in the city of Kharkiv (Харків), for which the generic coordinates are: 49.990346, 36.290399. Due to limited satellite imagery and information available to Airwars, we were unable to verify the location further.
