Local sources said that several people were killed in several alleged Coalition airstrikes on al Qaim city, west of Anbar.
It was reported that Mustafa Hashim Mustafa Said Ahmed al-Rawi died as a result of the attack.
News of Iraq said that “an entire family” died in the raids.
The local time of the incident is unknown.

Reports of the incident mention the city of Al Qa’im (القائم), for which the generic coordinates are: 34.3957715, 40.9943684. Due to limited satellite imagery and information available to Airwars, we were unable to verify the location further.

The declassified documents were obtained by Azmat Khan and the New York Times through Freedom of Information requests and lawsuits filed since March 2017, and are included alongside the corresponding press release published by the Pentagon.
