آسیب دیده و موجب شکستن شیشه‌ها و آسیب برخی بیماران بستری در بخش‌ها شده است. همچنین گفته می‌شود که بخش مگا آی‌سی‌یو بیمارستان فارابی کرمانشاه در این حمله با آسیب جدی روبه‌رو شده است. خبرگزاری فارس در همان دقایق اولیه با توجه به مشاهدات میدانی از هدف گرفتن یک نمایشگاه کامیون در دیزل‌آباد کرمانشاه در این حمله و زخمی شدن حداقل یک شهروند خبر داد. همچنین منازل مسکونی در نزدیکی این منطقه هم دچار خسارت شدند. رسانه‌های اسراییلی مدعی شدند که این منطقه به عنوان محل استقرار سامانه‌های  پدافندی یا  لجستیکی سپاه هدف قرار گرفته، اما این ادعا  از سوی مقامات ایرانی تایید  نشد.   تداعی جنگ ایران و عراق  در این انفجار نه تنها بیمارستان فارابی که برخی دیگر از ساختمان‌های اطراف این منطقه از جمله یکی از شعبات اداره تامین اجتماعی کرمانشاه هم دچار آسیب جدی شد. تکانه‌ها و وحشت این چند روز از جنگ، فرزانه از کارمندان تامین اجتماعی کرمانشاه را هم به یاد جنگ ایران و عراق انداخته است. زنی که در آغاز آن جنگ، تقریبا یک‌سال داشت و حالا حدودا ۴۶ ساله است. صبح دوشنبه در حالی که مانند بقیه همکاران خود در اداره، پشت میز مشغول کار بود صدای نخستین انفجار را شنید و با موج آن به سمت دیوار پرتاب شد. شرایط و لحظات سختی را پشت سر گذاشت و حالا چند ساعت پس از آن واقعه را این‌طور برای «اعتماد» شرح می‌دهد: «وقتی دیزل‌آباد را زدند ما پشت میزهایمان نشسته بودیم و با موج انفجار هر کدام به سمتی پرتاب شدیم. اداره ما پنجره‌های زیادی دارد و بعضی از این پنجره‌ها بر اثر امواج انفجار از قالب در آمدند و شیشه‌های برخی هم شکست. حدودا ۶۰ نفر بودیم که به واسطه شنیدن صدای مهیب با هم به سمت خروجی سالن رفتیم تا خارج شویم، اما به آنجا که رسیدیم انفجار دیگری رخ داد و تا چند دقیقه ما چندین بار تحت تاثیر انفجار‌ها به سمت در ورودی و سالن در رفت و برگشت بودیم. حدودا ۱۴ انفجار رخ داد و هر بار با تکان‌های وحشتناکی روبه‌رو می‌شدیم. در آن لحظات به قدری جیغ زدم که حالا صدایم به‌طور کامل گرفته است، چون تعداد انفجار‌ها هم زیاد بود و ما در لحظاتی حتی نمی‌توانستیم خود را به در برسانیم. یک شیشه قدی به‌طور کامل شکست و روی همه ما ریخت. همزمان دکتر و پرستاران درمانگاه تامین اجتماعی هم که کنار اداره ماست به داخل زیرزمین آمدند و ما ۱۰۰ نفر حدود ۱۰ دقیقه آنجا ماندیم تا حملات تمام شود. زمان حملات حدود ۱۰ دقیقه بیشتر نبود، اما شدت و فشار آن به قدری زیاد بود که انگار صد سال گذشت. همان ابتدا هم که انفجار‌ها رخ داد من تصور کردم در محل زندگی خواهرم این انفجار رخ داده است بعد دیدم نه، انفجار‌ها نزدیک اداره است.»  فرزانه همان موقع با خانواده تماس گرفت. همسرش در آن ترافیک و شلوغی به سمت اداره آنها حرکت کرد و خواهرش هم همراه بچه‌ها به زیرزمین رفتند: «بچه‌ها هم دچار ترس شده بودند و گریه می‌کردند. ما یک‌بار دیگر جنگ را لمس کردیم و هر تکان و موج انفجاری حالا تمام آن خاطرات بد را برمی‌گرداند. همه اتفاقات این روز‌ها تنش است، از روز جمعه که جنگ اسراییل با ایران شروع شده و نقاط مختلف ایران را مورد اصابت قرار داده، شاید کلا دو ساعت خوابیده باشم.» او از یکی از همکارانش می‌گوید که از بچه‌های بهزیستی است و معلولیت شدیدی دارد و در آن زمان در میان سایر افراد، شرایط سخت‌تری را تحمل کرده است، چراکه اصلا توان اینکه در آن شرایط از جای خود بلند شود را نداشته: «یکی از همکاران من معلول کامل است و از صبح که با کمک چند تن از همکاران به داخل اداره می‌آید و روی صندلی می‌نشیند تا ظهر اصلا نمی‌تواند بلند شود. چند نفر همیشه باید به این همکار عزیز ما کمک کنند تا پشت میز بنشیند و بعد هم که می‌خواهد برود، کمک می‌کنند که برود. فکر کنید او در این شرایط از بقیه جمعیت و فرار جا ماند و زمین خورد. صحنه بسیار ناراحت‌کننده‌ای برای او پیش آمد. بعد از اینکه ما را به زیرزمین بردند چند تن از همکارانم به سالن برگشتند و دوباره او را با خود به زیرزمین آوردند. البته در این جریان هیچ کس زخمی نشد ولی دو تن از بچه‌ها تعادل خود را از دست دادند و یکی دیگر از آنها هم انگار تحت تاثیر موج انفجار قرار گرفت و گوش‌هایش دچار مشکل و وزوز شد. خودم از دو روز پیش با شروع حملات هوایی، حالم خوب نیست. یک طرف بدنم تیر می‌کشد و از صبح هم که دیزل‌آباد منفجر شد، پشت سرم درد گرفته و توی سرم صدای وز می‌شنوم. ما پرتاب شدیم و این خیلی وحشتناک بود. در بیمارستان فارابی هم همه شیشه‌ها شکسته و بیماران را هم تخلیه کردند. یکی، دو نفر هم زخمی شدند که تحت درمان سرپایی قرار گرفتند و البته افرادی را موج انفجار گرفته بود. باز هم خوب است که قبل از انفجار اطلاع‌رسانی انجام شد و دیزل‌آباد را تخلیه کردند و‌گرنه تعداد تلفات بسیار بالا بود. دیزل‌آباد منطقه‌ای پر از کارگاه ماشین‌آلات سنگین، آهن‌آلات و کارگاه‌های چوب و ادوات کشاورزی است. اصلا نمی‌دانم این منطقه چه ربطی به تاسیسات نظامی یا هسته‌ای داشت که آن را مورد اصابت قرار دادند. گاراژی را زدند که مربوط به ماشین‌های سنگین است و هیچ ربطی هم به ادوات جنگی ندارد. الان (حدود ۲ ظهر) فعلا شهر آرام است، اما شایعه‌ای وجود دارد که اسراییل عصر هم می‌خواهد شرکت نفت را بزند و خانه ما هم به شرکت نفت نزدیک است برای همین هم دچار نگرانی  و  استرس هستیم.»  فرزانه، اما روز یکشنبه را هم همین‌طور با اضطراب در اداره شروع کرده و می‌گوید: «از همان ساعت ۶ صبح روز یکشنبه که سر کار رفتیم درگیر انفجار‌ها بودیم در این چند روز اصلا نتوانستیم شب‌ها بخوابیم. متاسفانه با وجود تمام این تهدیدات نه تنها ما را تعطیل نکردند که حاضر نشدند کارمندان اداره را شیفت‌بندی کنند در حالی که ما حتی امکان دورکاری هم داریم، اما این کار را هم نمی‌کنند تا اگر اتفاقی هم افتاد دست‌کم نزدیک خانواده‌هایمان باشیم. الان شوهرم یک طرف شهر کار می‌کند من یک طرف شهر و بچه‌ها را هم آوردیم یک سمت دیگر شهر و گذاشتیم خانه مادر و در واقع هر کدام از اعضای خانواده ما یک طرف هستند.»  دو بچه دارد یکی ۱۸ ساله و دیگر ۹ ساله: «دختر بزرگم حالش خوب است و تحت تاثیر غرور جوانی خود را کنترل می‌کند، اما دختر کوچکم خیلی گریه می‌کند. باورتان نمی‌شود وقتی امروز به خانه رسیدم چه حالی داشتند. وقتی از در خانه وارد شدم، گریه می‌کردند. به هر حال شرایط جنگی است و برای همه است، اما شاید شرایط برای زنان کمی سخت‌تر باشد، اما رییس ما در اداره می‌گوید فرقی ندارد و همه  باید یکسان  باشند.»  او قصه پسر ۲۴ ساله یکی از همکارانش را هم روایت می‌کند که دانشجوی ترم چهارم پزشکی است و روز جمعه در حال رفتن به خرید مورد اصابت پهپاد قرار گرفته است: «جمعه برای خرید از خانه بیرون می‌رود، اما به محض اینکه دستش را روی دنده ماشین می‌گذارد پهپاد به سقف خودرو اصابت کرده و حالا نه تنها دستش از آرنج قطع شده است که تمام پاهایش هم ترکش خورده و حالا در بیمارستان بستری  است.»  چند روایت دیگر  فرشته زن دیگر کرمانشاهی است که خانه‌اش فاصله بیشتری با منطقه دیزل‌آباد دارد، اما با وجود این صدای انفجار را شنیده است و در گفت‌و‌گو با «اعتماد» اوضاع را افتضاح توصیف می‌کند: «صدای موج انفجاری که به ما رسید البته کم بود، اما باز هم شیشه‌ها لرزید. خواهرم هم تماس گرفت و در حالی که خیلی ترسیده بود و فریاد می‌زد گفت که بچه‌ها را به زیرزمین ببرم. البته روز یکشنبه هم در کرمانشاه انفجار‌هایی رخ داد ولی روز دوشنبه انفجار‌ها بیشتر بود به‌طوری که از ساعت ۴ و نیم صبح صدا‌ها را می‌شنیدم. در آن لحظه کل وجودم و دست و پایم یخ کرده بود و اصلا نمی‌توانستم بچه‌ها را بلند کنم. انگار از شدت استرس دچار تشنج شده بودم. مدیریت بحران من هم افتضاح است و در آن لحظات تمام تن و بدنم می‌لرزید. بچه‌ها هم وقتی بیدار شدند خیلی از صدا‌ها می‌ترسیدند واقعا نمی‌دانستم چه کار کنم، از طرفی نگران خواهرم بودم که نزدیک منطقه انفجار بود و از طرفی خودم دچار اضطراب شده بودم و می‌ترسیدم این منطقه را هم مورد هدف قرار بدهند. دخترم هم با شنیدم صدای انفجار‌ها می‌ترسید و می‌گفت مامان چه می‌شود؟ من نمی‌خواهم جنگ شویم. من هم در جوابش می‌گفتم نگران نباش تا زمانی که همه کنار هم هستیم جای نگرانی ندارد. وقتی با او صحبت کردم آرام شد، اما در کل خیلی شرایط ترسناکی است.»   احمد آقا که کارش نوشتن است خانه‌شان حدود ۳ کیلومتر با منطقه دیزل‌آباد و بیمارستان فارابی کرمانشاه فاصله دارد با وجود این، صدا‌ها را شنیده، اما از خانه بیرون نرفته تا بداند شرایط شهر چطور است. او به «اعتماد» می‌گوید: مردم هم به دلیل هشدار‌های دولت درباره مسائل جاسوسی خیلی درباره این مسائل حرف نمی‌زنند. آرمان هم که تازه امروز صبح از تهران به کرمانشاه رسیده است درباره شرایط این شهر می‌گوید که بسیاری از مردم تحت تاثیر بمباران، استرس دارند و البته همه در خانه‌هایشان هستند: «فعلا شهر را نزده و خانه‌ها بمباران نشده و پادگان‌ها مورد هدف بودند. فضای شهر ناامن است و هشدار داده‌اند که مردم از تردد در اماکن نظامی خودداری کنند و در حد امکان از خانه بیرون نیایند.»  حوالی ساعت ۶ و ۵۵ دقیقه روز یکشنبه ۲۵ خرداد هم اسراییل یک اصطبل نگهداری اسب‌های مسابقه در دهکده المپیک کرمانشاه را مورد هدف قرار داد. در این حمله ۳ سوله مربوط به مرکز پرورش اسب‌ها مورد هجوم پرتابه‌ها قرار گرفت. بر اثر این حمله ۵۰ راس اسب تلف و ۲۰ راس دیگر زخمی شدند و موج انفجار آن باعث تخریب بخشی از بیمارستان امام رضا (ع) کرمانشاه شد. روز شنبه نیز پادگان امام حسن (ع) کرمانشاه در ماهی‌دشت، بخش‌هایی از شهر اشترینان و یک شرکت خودروسازی در این استان مورد هدف اسراییل قرار گرفته بود.
