At least 11 people were reported injured by an alleged Israeli airstrike on a house in the town of Aitaroun in southern Lebanon on September 23, 2024.
Halab Today TV, quoting the Lebanese Ministry of Health, reported that 11 people were injured by an Israeli raid on the town of Aitaroun. A Facebook post from “Aitaroun” also quoted the Ministry of Health in adding that among those injured, one individual was in intensive care, four were treated in the emergency room, while six others were hospitalized. No other details were found among local sources as to the identity of those injured or who the house belonged to.
A video posted by Aitaroun shows the damage caused by the raid which reduced part of a multi-story building to rubble. Videos posted by Zakaria Abdullah also showed rescue crews walking through the rubble of the building, with the post specifically identifying that destroyed building as a house.
Where sources identified the belligerent, all sources attributed the strike to the Israeli military.
The local time of the incident is unknown.
