At least one person was reported killed and a number of others injured after an alleged Israeli airstrike on an apartment in the Hamad Town residential complex in Khan Yunis on October 17th, 2023.
Neither identification for the deceased, not the exact number of injuries sustained was publicly reported.
Only one source attributed the airstrike to the Israeli forces, therefore the strike status has been graded as single source claim.

Reports of the incident mention the vicinity of Hamad Town Residential Complex (مجمع مدينة حمد السكني) in Khan Younis (خان يونس), for which the generic coordinates are: 31.375589, 34.317638. Due to limited satellite imagery and information available to Airwars, we were unable to verify the location further.
