A number of sources, including Al Jazeera Egypt and the Gazan Shehab News Agency, reported that multiple people had been killed in the strike, with family members such as Nedaa Abu Dan, writing on Facebook, later identifying seven members of the Subaih family to have been killed.
Among those identified to have been killed in the incident were three siblings: 18-year-old Baraa Samih Mohammed Subaih, 31-year-old Mohammed Samih Mohammed Subaih, and 35-year-old Sameh Samih Mohammed Subaih. The infant son of Mohammed, Musab Mohammed Samih Subaih, less than one year old, was also killed.
50-year-old Masa`ada Mohammed Mensi Subaih, also known as Umm Sari, was killed alongside her 18-year-old daughter Farah Afif Mohammed Subaih, and her 56-year-old sister Suad Mohammed Mensi Subaih.
Numerous sources, including Al Jazeera Egypt and the Shehab News Agency, also reported multiple injuries, without providing a specific number.
Sources, including the Shehab News Agency, reported that those killed and wounded by the strike were transported to the Indonesian Hospital in Beit Lahia.
An image posted on Facebook by Abu Mohammed al-Jazaei depicted the infant Musab Mohammed Samih Subaih lying on the floor of the hospital, alongside an adult man. For identification purposes, his name has been written on his shirt.
Jousef Abu Olba expressed his concern in the aftermath of the strike in a Facebook post, writing, “Guys of Falluja, can someone reassure us about the Subaih home? Who knows, please help us and reassure us. There is no power or strength except with God.”
Later, he was among several who expressed their grief and mourned those killed, saying, “You broke our hearts, mother and martyr Umm Sari [Masa`ada Mohammed Mensi Subaih] and her daughter Farah Subaih and their family and the mother of my friend and beloved Sari Subaih. May God heal your affliction and our affliction. To the eternal gardens, my beloved ones.”
Nedaa Abu Dan, writing in March 2024, expressed that, “Until this moment, I live in a nightmare of loss. 11/11/2023. Our house was bombed. And my husband, the light of my eyes, was martyred. And my two ancestors. And my husband’s aunts, my beloved ones. And my ancestor’s son, Musab, my beloved. And my husband’s cousins. We can no longer bear any loss. Oh God, comfort our hearts. And heal our wounded and have mercy on our martyrs.”
In another Facebook post in May 2024, Nedaa Abu Dan further mourned those killed in the strike, asking, “Reassure their fears, cover their faults, save them from fear and panic, hunger and anxiety, and reward them for the hardship of this transient life, for their patience, with Paradise and silk.”
Sari Subaih also mourned her family, writing in April 2024, “My dear mother [Masa`ada Mohammed Mensi Subaih], my beloved sister Farah, by dear aunt Suad, and my cousins Sameh, Mohammed and Baraa. You are the winners and we are the losers. May God gather us with you in heaven. Goodbye, my loves.”
Sari Subaih marked the anniversary of the incident with another message, “Today marks a year since the martyrdom of my dear mother, my sister Farah, my beloved heart, my kind aunt, and my dear cousins. O God, let them dwell in the gardens of Paradise and gather them at the pool of our noble prophet.”
