Airwars Assessment
On February 19, 2026, @ShehabAgency posted an “urgent” report from Nasser Medical Complex that a Palestinian was injured by Israeli gunfire in Khan Younis.
The Palestinian Information Center specified that the person injured was a young man, and multiple sources referred to the location of the attack as the center of Khan Younis. There was no other information found among local sources about the victim.
Due to the repetitive nature of the information on the victim, Airwars has graded the civilian harm status of the incident as “weak.”
