The Government Media Office in the Gaza Strip confirmed on Wednesday that the Israeli occupation continues to violate the ceasefire agreement since it came into effect on October 10, 2025, committing 2,073 violations. It considered the continuation of these violations a serious circumvention of the ceasefire agreement and an attempt to impose a humanitarian reality based on subjugation and starvation, holding the occupation fully responsible for the deteriorating humanitarian situation and the loss of life. He explained that these violations included 750 shooting incidents, 87 incursions by military vehicles into residential areas, 973 shelling and targeting operations, and 263 instances of homes and buildings being demolished. The office noted that these violations resulted in the deaths of 677 Palestinians, including 305 children, women, and elderly people, with civilians comprising approximately 99% of the victims.
